This is a great product and the company stands behind it. I had an issue with the power supply for my floodstop unit. I called the company and they sent a replacement plus an additional sensor free of charge. I would gladly do business with them again any day.

Very nicely made sensor. I purchased it as a second sensor for my FloodStop Washing Machine Valve shutoff kit.
If all you are buying is one sensor the shipping costs are too high in my opinion, although they were very fast in delivering the product.

The Floodstop system works great! I connected with the Furman MP-15 in order for the Floodstop to control the power to the washer. You need to put the washer on a plastic tray for the best setup.
